I have found all of the credit card statements (actually, three of our four credit cards, I can pull 2014 statements for online -- the fourth, I can only get three months of statements, so I had to dig out the physical statements that I'd saved) and entered all of the data for the Dodeka purchases for the year. I've also printed out quarterly statements for the Dodeka bank account and check images for everything that has cleared, although I haven't entered that data in the spreadsheet yet.

This is what we call a good down payment on the problem. :)
