daisy_knotwise and I have had many home-cooked meals over the years, but we have never ventured into the world of pork shoulder -- not counting the one time I tried to smoke it on the grill long ago. But today, Gretchen prepared and shredded a fine pork shoulder into lovely pulled pork. The Carolina Gold sauce went with it very nicely.Yum!
