A Brief Marcon Report

Oh, longer than that?
The con seems to have rebounded with the move from Easter to Mother's Day. Sales in the dealers' room seemed to be up a bit and there were more folks in the corridors. Heather Dale (and Ben and John) were tremendous music guests and I greatly enjoyed their concert. I missed Ookla's concert because I was at the table in the dealers' room until I concluded that all of my potential customers were, in fact, at their concert. :) And I missed Tim Griffin's concert because dinner had become a priority by that point.
But I heard a lot of good music at the open filking and had a great many lovely conversations, plus the chance to spend some time catching up with Erica and Steve. So it was all good.
The drive back home was long and rainy, but I managed to make it just before Mother's Day ended, which was good. And Katie and Julie had given Gretchen the cards that I had helped them buy before I left (including mine), so that was good too. :)
