Just a Bit Behind

billroperI owe many responses on LJ, but it's been a bit busy.

jeff_duntemann and Carol are in town and came by for dinner tonight which was great fun and delighted Katie and Julie.
Work is being entertaining. I have, I think, finally solved one intractable problem. The other problem is one that I should in theory be able to get traction on, except that I have to rewrite a large part of a particular program function to make it work because of changes to an external library. And I didn't write the original code.
