Rearrangements

billroperI'm shuffling the XML generation and reading code that I've been working on to try to produce an XML format that is more satisfactory to others in the group. Unfortunately, this requires a lot of cutting, pasting, and assorted editing. With any luck, I'll finish it up tomorrow and then I'll be able to see what I've got.
