Today is being far too complex for a vacation day.

I've delivered the Dodeka table to the Dealers' Room at Duckon. I've now taken a call at work. I need to print Windycon flyers to take to the con.

Later this afternoon, Katie and Julie have their recital from dance camp.

And then I head back to Duckon and unpack the table.

Hmm...sounds like it was a good thing my flight home actually did get out of ORD. (I was in Schiller Park for a meeting. No socializing time unfortunately.) Probably would not have been an ideal day to call for a rescue from the locals!

(OTOH, a surprise Duckon appearance could have been amusing...wouldn't be the first time a stranded filker turned up at a con.)
