I got yet another robocall yesterday and another this morning from someone who is trying to get me to switch my electrical service to them as a supplier.

Since my number is on the national do not call registry, this leads to one simple question:

Why would I want to do business with criminals?

I've heard some companies claim that they've outsourced the cold calling so it's not -them- breaking the rules. I wonder how the law is written? It's against the law either way, but maybe they can avoid being fined?
