A Stiff Breeze

billroperWe're far away from the worst effects of the former-Hurricane Sandy, but the wind here is remarkable. I had intended to bring in the cushions from the patio furniture yesterday, but it slipped my mind in the general chaos here. Today, it had become urgent, as some of the cushions were attempting to escape.
When I'm grabbing cushions and a gust of wind tries to knock me over, you know it's a serious wind!
The cushions are inside now, along with a couple of other objects that I picked up as being special hazards to life should they become airborne.
Whee!
And good luck to all of my friends who are in a worse situation due to this storm.
