Loss of Momentum
Jan. 18th, 2024 10:33 pmAfter yesterday's hope for "Forward Momentum", the momentum has stalled a bit. After a lot of fighting to get the test branch to compile, the new dialog came up on the screen and was completely blank. I have now sent a message to the folks who built the UI asking how to fix this particular stupid problem and hope to hear something tomorrow.
In the "treading water" category, we have taken out the garbage and recycling.
And in the "minimum possible forward momentum" category, I have cleaned all of the old crew socks (some of which were older than my children) out of my sock drawer and have replaced them with 24 new pairs of the style that I like and which turned out to be still available.
It is *hard* to find much less progress than this.
But I love a challenge.
