We're home from Dave and Mia's New Year's Eve party and trying to decant little girls into bed. We had a wonderful time.

A Whole New Year

I am going to have to get used to putting a different year on checks, as I discovered when paying the bills today. Of course, I only wrote one actual check, everything else being paid on line. It's a little scary. :)

I didn't get too much accomplished today otherwise, having slept in. Well, some laundry in cooperation with Gretchen, I suppose. And the usual amount of casual reading.

It's a vacation day. It will do until tomorrow.
