Dr. Bob called with the results of the MRI on my knee. Apparently, I tore the ACL. I also tore the PCL. I also tore the MCL.

The good news is that there's no cartilage damage.

What Bob is trying to figure out is why my lower leg is still connected to my upper leg.

A Little Frustrated

Thanks for all the good wishes. I'm just a little frustrated tonight, because it's another 3-5 weeks of this before they'll think about opening up my knee -- but the good news is that this is something that can be fixed, unlike some of the things that might have happened or some of the problems that my friends have. Then I read that rehab can take another six months after surgery. And it just leaves me feeling a bit useless at the moment.

This will pass. But I'm really annoyed with myself right now.
