Automotive Derangement

With the advent of warm weather, it's become increasingly clear that my Ford Five Hundred's climate control system is a little bit confused. It blows air that is either too warm or too cold in alternating patterns. So it's spent today in the shop where the tech has managed to duplicate the problem (yay!), but where he wants to play with it for another day (boo!). On the other hand, I've been told I can have a loaner, so that daisy_knotwise will have a car tomorrow on her day off.

I was sitting inside, reading e-mail and playing solitaire, when daisy_knotwise noted that the Bakeline plant not far from our home was baking something wonderful with apples and cinnamon. And the wonder of wireless networking means that the laptop can come out on the patio and I can just keep putting the red 7 on the black 8 (or something like that).

The good news is that aromas have very few calories.

Meanwhile, the cats seem happy that we're out here with them. I think.
