I have tweaked my lower back while picking up a large number of stuffed animals from the floor of the family room. Right now, I am treating it nicely and hoping that it feels better tomorrow.
Although I'm trying not to take it so much during the day, as pain when moving in the wrong direction is a gentle hint not to be moving in that direction...
