No Preservatives

daisy_knotwise went to Trader Joe's today and because she did not recently get any of samwinolj's lemon squares, she decided to buy a very nice looking lemon tart that said on it "No preservatives". I had a slice of it for dessert tonight and -- from the way I feel -- I conclude that "No preservatives" is a flexible target of some sort, because I'm pretty sure that the lemon juice that they used in the tart contained sulfites.

Sulfites, of course, are a preservative that I'm quite allergic to.

Fortunately, it doesn't appear to have been a lot of sulfites. And I'll be eating very carefully for the next little bit.

What a nice way to end what has been a very annoying day. *sigh*
