Once Upon a Time

Of late, Katie has started telling us stories from time to time at bedtime. And she has learned well, because each story starts out like this:

"Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Katie. And she had a little sister named Julie, and a Mommy and a Daddy who loved them both very much."
