A Bit of Good News

billroperWe had a fellow come by and take a look at the roof today. He's of the opinion that there's nothing obvious wrong with it and that there's no reason that it shouldn't last for another five years or so. I thanked him for his honesty and told him we'd keep his card on file.
So now we've called our HVAC guy and he'll be installing an attic fan to blow some of the hot air out which should make the office more livable, since it won't have a furnace on top of it.
Or, at least, he'll do that as soon as he can survive the time in the attic. It'll need to be cooler first...
