On the Ground Again

I'm in the lobby of the Hilton, waiting for my room to be ready and trying to get some work done. It would have been much cleverer to let the laptop download several months worth of e-mail yesterday, but as you may have seen, nothing went according to plan yesterday. :)

But samwinolj was good enough to drop me at Midway this morning, the flight went off without incident, and the only serious casualty has been my sleep schedule.

I can fix that. (Possibly involuntarily.)
