The First Casualty of the New Year

billroperI went out with our recently tuned up snowblower to clear the driveway. Unfortunately, the silly thing stopped running about a third of the way through the job and stubbornly refused to restart.
Fortunately, the third of the driveway that I had cleared with the snowblower was the middle third, so I could use the snow shovel in pusher mode to get the other edges and sidewalk clear. daisy_knotwise's minivan for a trip back to the shop that tuned it up.
In better news, Katie seems to be feeling better. I'm hoping this sticks. I've now had three unscheduled wardrobe changes in the last three days...
