This Is a Really Messed Up Cubs Team

billroperSam joined me at last night's Cubs game. This was good, because the Cubs were awful, but the conversation was excellent.
The conversation continued on the El on the way home, where we discussed a number of issues. Eventually, an older gentleman characterized our discussion as "pseudo-intellectual claptrap". Basically, not someone worth arguing with. I don't argue with crazy people on the El, even if they do look like a well-aged yuppie.
