Christmas Trees and Delayed Gratification

billroperGretchen and I picked out a nice nine foot tall Fraser fir today for our Christmas tree. Now, we just need to get the lights and ornaments up.
In the meantime, Connie has not yet signed the agreement that would let us give her the house. *sigh*
