Rolling, Rolling, Rolling...

Katie got her first bicycle (and helmet) today and was proudly pedaling it up and down the sidewalk in our neighborhood, closely followed by Julie who was riding the tricycle that she got about a month ago -- and wearing the helmet that she got today. This was all motivated by the unseasonable warmth that we got. I'm not sure exactly how high the temperature got, but if it wasn't over 80 degrees, I'm surprised.

It's supposed to be a good bit cooler tomorrow once the cold front comes through tonight.

Anyway, I pulled out the new video camera and took pictures, so there will eventually be video...

I may be drafted to help teach Mew's children how to ride a bike. They're starting a bit later than is usual.

Or should we bring Katie over to teach them?

With training wheels, yes, Katie can manage to ride a bike. A young boy loaned one to her at the playground last summer and she's been hot to get one ever since. :)

Well, Katie would teach them how to ride with training wheels. They might be a bit old for that. :)
