Not at all bad. I'm trying to make myself do that (or similar) most every day. It's good for us. My diabetes is under control, my blood pressure and heart rate are down, and my body seems convinced I'm running from a sabertooth or else I'd laze around more. That is, I'm losing more weight than justified by the calories I'm burning. I think regular exercise kicks your metabolism up.

Speaking of which, I guess I'll go use my canoe paddling simulator. I haven't done anything today but cook a cake for Bri's birthday.
