With a lot of help from shsilver, I think we've gotten all the room assignments straightened out for WindyCon. I've added my markup to his and I think we've detected all of the conflicts.
But we have a concom meeting tomorrow, so we'll finish hashing it out then.
Which reminds me. I never heard back from parties about getting a room for GT. It's probably way late now, but could you give that person a poke for me?
Oh, I've spoken to at least two of the other interested parties (in between trying to drum up five more ads for the program book) and it is going to be a very fun discussion tonight.
Hmmm, I know we (chicago-sf.org) initially had trouble raising the party liason (reportedly our messages through the Windycon contact form were going into a black hole somehow, I think we ended up facebook poking him) but we made solid contact a while back and we got everything squared away... at least that I know of.
