Good Night, Gorilla

catalana's parents kindly sent us a collection of the Scholastic videos of animated children's books which Katie is now gleefully carrying around the house and demanding to see. One of her favorite story books which is in the collection is Good Night, Gorilla. She's asked to see it a number of times now.

And all this has finally caused this to crystallize, with apologies to Ringo Starr and Goodnight, Vienna:

I took my baby on a trip to the zoo.
When it closed down, we didn't know what to do.
Look out, Zookeeper, someone's following you!
It's all d-d-d-down to Good Night, Gorilla.
