How many members of the Obama Administration does it take to change a light bulb?

Answer: Twenty two. (So far.)

One to observe that a greener light bulb wouldn't have burned out in the first place

One to appoint a Light Bulb Advisory Board

Seven to sit on the Light Bulb Advisory Board that doesn't meet because, well, it's dark

One to complain about the greed of the light bulb manufacturers for making a bulb that can burn out

One to hold a press conference announcing that he will have a comprehensive plan to replace the bulb at some future date

Nine to break nine more light bulbs

One to promise to replace five bulbs in the next eight years, thereby cutting our lighting deficit in half

One to remind us that he inherited this burned out light bulb

Interestingly, no one has actually replaced the silly bulb in all that...

Ok, now back to bed.
