Out for a Walk

I walked about 4.5 to 5 miles this morning, being passed by Gretchen going in the opposite direction up Elmhurst Road on her way to Hobby Lobby. She was a bit surprised when I called her and asked her what she was getting there.

In dangerous news, I have discovered that the new Culver's (frozen custard stand) is 2.4 miles from home.

Rather defeats the purpose of walking there, doesn't it.

Not really. Exercise does help you lose weight, but it does a lot of other good even if you keep the weight.
