Brain Damage

I pulled out onto Dempster heading for work, reached up and rubbed my chin, and realized that I hadn't shaved. Or brushed my teeth, upon further reflection. So I turned around, went home, and took care of both.

I'd like to blame the change to Standard Time, but mostly I think I just got distracted.

Getting out the door with 2 little girls'll do that to you. I ended up keeping makeup, tooth brush, tooth paste in my office.

I kept shaving cream, razor, etc in my desk drawer long before I had kids. It is a byproduct of getting my mind in work mode before I leave the house.

It's hell getting old. At least you have visual clues to figure out what you forgot to do. Me it's driving to work and having the thought "Did I put on deodorant?"
