Evel Katievel
Jun. 5th, 2008 01:21 pmKatie's biggest problem is her occasional belief that she's indestructible and that gravity doesn't really exist. Mind you, she did stubbornly refuse to even think about going down the stairs for a long time, so that belief isn't absolute.
However, she tried to distinguish herself at Aidan's birthday party on Sunday. She found Tatum's Pooh scooter/car, which is essentially identical to the Little Mermaid scooter that
dek9 gave to Katie for her birthday, and naturally climbed onto it and started scooting around the living room.
It was when I realized that she was at the top of the stairs with the scooter aimed at and on the edge of the top step that I yelled, "Katie, stop!"
This slowed her down long enough for
drawshad to point her in another direction.
Gravity. It's not just a good idea. It's the law.
