Misplaced Form

Never, never misplace your Illinois State Sales Tax form, as you cannot download one from the website. If this seems strange to you, you probably don't work for the Illinois government.

You should be able to get another at any library.

Not for sales tax, unfortunately. Apparently, those are all custom printed.
