Nearly Done

Well, I've been working in this office in one place or another since late 1985. Everything's packed up now except my stereo and the computers, preparing for tomorrow's move. I'm off to Westchester; the rest of the group is going to the Wabash office, but I didn't want the hour-and-a-half commute, so I'm getting a break.

(Now I just need to get them to answer their e-mail.)

I guess it's time to pack the stereo.

You're giving me flashbacks to the project where I was writing the manual for a software project being coded in India -- 12 time zones away -- by people for whom English was a 3rd language. (Their 1st languages, being actual good programmers, were various coding languages. Their 2nd languages were Hindi, Bengali, et al.)

I wish you far fewer communication glitches and far faster resolutions than I had there.
