Localization? Ugh. You need a week off, not just a weekend.

I never thought of the diversity of languages as a bad thing until I was expected to make software work in more than one. But every technology I've experienced, from the most primitive and ad-hoc to the current state of the art, makes me want to tell the durn furreners to just learn English, 'cause every one of them turns reasonable to work with code into toxic sludge. _T("Blecch.") If I really don't like someone, I might the Microsoft Layer for Unicode on them.
