Back to Work Again

I managed to get into work today, attend meetings, talk to the new boss, and even get some coding done. But boy, is my knee tired!

I am now happily home in my recliner chair. Ice pack to follow. :) (It turns out there were some ice packs in the freezer at work, which was a happy discovery.)

A mixture of water & alcohol. Freeze it in a double ziploc, and it'll conform better and perhaps stay cold longer than just water ice.

Fred reminds me (he used them) that the mixture is 3 parts water to 1 part rubbing alcohol.

Just out of curiousity, which version of rubbing alcohol is this? I've seen 100% and 70% isopropyl alcohol labelled as "rubbing alcohol" and even an ethyl/isopropyl mix too.

We're using commercial slush packs, actually. And it was a big one at work. :)

Isopropyl, and I'm pretty sure 100%.
