daisy_knotwise and I headed down to the studio tonight to lay down some tracks for catalana's album.

I recut a harmony line for Starshine and Moondust that I think is ok now, but we'll see what Erica thinks. Gretchen added snare and tom to Why You Haven't Heard Of Me.

Frankenbass is coming soon. But tomorrow Gretchen has a meeting and I need to assemble the crib.

Right now, I'm mentally surveying the available dessert items in the house and concluding that I may be reduced to M&Ms. Although Moonshine would have things to recommend it... :)

*laugh* Yeah, I can understand that. I'll take a listen to it tomorrow (when I haven't been writing cover letters (and praying that I had enough letterhead to cover what needs to go out tomorrow...which I did, once I unstuck something from the back of one of the pages) for hours.)

Both our cars are new enough that we have the little bars in the seat that the seats clip to. We don't have to mess with the seatbelts. This makes me very happy.

I know we talked about this but I'll suggest it again... get to your local PD of FD and have them inspect the seats. I thought I had them installed really well and nice and tight. The officer who inspected it said... not bad, but then proceeded to tighten it up even further. Apparently I wasn't strong enough or using the correct technique to get it REALLY REALLY REALLY tight.
