I'm betting its the same gang who took over one of the numberous niche stations here in Detroit and made it over to "DOUG" FM, "We Play Everything" being their tagline (We always joke when we hear it "Yeah? When you gonna play Mozart?") Actually its a pretty listenable station.

And being a satellite station, they need almost no instate personel, its gotta be a whole lot of profit.
