billroperFor those of you not keeping track of the weather here in Chicago (or those of you looking back on this at some future date), it rained. It rained *a lot*. Record setting levels of rain for the second of July at O'Hare (near where we live) and *three times that* for some areas of central Cook County.
There are days that I am happy to be living in the highest spot in the neighborhood. And this is one of them.
