The Wettest Plans

My plans for the forsythia and other neighboring bushes have been greatly derailed by persistent light rain today. I went out briefly during a lull and managed to take down almost all of the remaining leafy branches, but that's as far as I got before I decided that it was raining again and I would rather be inside and dry.

Given how wet the already trimmed debris is, it will be a bit before we can try out the wood chipper as well.

Ah, well.
