Yet Another Pulled Pork Sandwich

billroperGretchen and I went to City Barbeque for lunch yesterday and I decided to try the pulled pork sandwich there for the first time. This particular iteration was marinated in their vinegar sauce and topped with coleslaw. It was absolutely delicious.
My mother would have loved the sandwich. (I still feel guilty about how, as kids, we would complain when we were on trips and had the chance to go to the place that had a similar sandwich that my mother liked because we wanted to go to McDonald's instead. We mostly won.)
There's a moral here somewhere...
