Upgrades

Some upgrades that I have to deal with actually happen at work. We've finally managed to move up from Visual Studio 2010 to Visual Studio 2019 at work. Working with the new code analysis tools for C#, I have found all sorts of wonderful improvements that have been made to the language in the intervening years.

Now, I just need to update the code to use them. :)
