Flashing Up To Date

billroperGretchen and I just finished season five of The Flash last night and are now more or less up to date.
I find one thing extremely frustrating, which I'll put behind a spoiler guard for those who are further behind than we now are:
I want to whack Cisco upside the head for taking the cure. Caetlin was obviously the wrong person to have around when he was making this decision -- Earth Two Harrison Wells would have been more useful.
"So, Ramon, let me see if I understand this. You've decided to be a vain, selfish bastard."
"What?"
"You've decided that because you have these powers, no one is going to respect your intelligence. You want everyone to say that you're the smartest man in the room -- something that isn't going to happen as long as I'm around in any case -- but your Vibe powers are keeping people from recognizing that. So you'll just get rid of them, completely ignoring the fact that you've used them to save Team Flash more times than you can count on the fingers of your two hands, because it's ok if all of your friends get killed as long as everyone thinks you're *smart*."
"Now wait--"
"No, *you* wait. For someone who's claiming to be smart, this is the stupidest thing you've ever done. Get your head on straight, put your ego back in your pants, and behave like an adult. When you decide to be an adult again, you can find me in my lab."
