In the general confusion following Capricon, I have neglected to buy anything for daisy_knotwise for Valentine's Day.

I love her dearly anyway.

Do you have Papa Murphy's take-home-and-bake pizza places in the Chicago area? They're making heart-shaped pizzas today. Nothing says love like a heart-shaped half-and-half pizza.

*grin* I ordered my sweetie sugar-free chocolate from Godiva before Cap...so all I had to do was go buy a card.

Of course, since I bought it yesterday the selection was somewhat picked over. He nearly got one in Spanish because they had a lot of them left...but I found a reasonable one. *grin*

I ended up swinging by the Jewel on the way home to pick up a card and some flowers. The collection of men standing in front of the rack of Valentine's Day cards was amazing.

(And the flowers were purple and white, in honor of the recent Capricon.)
