Weather Delay

billroperDave was good enough to come pick up my dead monitor speaker and take it away for surgery, as well as dropping off the traveling recording computer.
Meanwhile, the new monitor speakers were supposed to arrive today. And perhaps they would have, if FedEx was not overbooked for the holiday. As it is, they have claimed a "Local Weather Delay", which is amusing, given the supply of clear and sunny that we had today. Yes, I know there is still some snow on the ground, but since the last of that fell Sunday, things are pretty clear out there.
Supposedly the speakers have been rescheduled for delivery tomorrow, but since it is going to rain late tomorrow, I'm sure they can manufacture another "Local Weather Delay" if they want to do so.
We'll see.
