That's twice in three days and three times in ten days that I've had a multiple hour outage, which is not so good for business class service. Today's customer support rep didn't seem overly concerned. No one can get here before 10 to 2 tomorrow, which is execrable for a third outage.
The first two cleared up by themselves in a couple of hours. Maybe this one will too.
