All's Well That Ends

billroperI had an opportunity to pick a ticket back up for tonight's Cubs / Reds game, but I figured I needed to be home after all of the activities of the weekend. At one point, I was going to text my buddy who had offered me back a spare ticket and let him know that at least he was seeing a good game, because it was 1-1 going to the ninth.
That was before the Cubs closer gave up five runs in the top of the ninth, capped by a grand slam.
Maybe this was just a good game to stay home for.
