Based on our experience here, [livejournal.com profile] daisy_knotwise has concluded that the cold and snowy weather that we've had for the last few months is due to millions and millions of little girls running around singing "Let It Go" from Disney's new movie, Frozen. There must be a lot of magic tied up in that age group.

Ah, well.

The cold never bothered me anyway.

LOL!!!

I had wondered if the popularity of Frozen was having an effect on the weather.

And little girls aren't the only ones who love that song. Jen and I are plotting to arrange it for Wild Mercy. :-D

I don't mind the cold especially, but the many times we've seen the combination of snow and high winds this winter has me really unhappy.

"Let it snow, let it snow,
More snow from wind and sky -
let it snow, let it snow!
drifting up so high and wide!
Here I sing for another snow day...
Let the storm rage on!
The cold never bothered me anyway."

It's a theory. Maybe we can test it by getting those millions of little girls to sing the song in the middle of July or August.

So that's the reason. Please tell them to stop.
