In this case, it would be the lovely case of bronchitis that has me hacking away. It's getting better, but it's still really annoying. daisy_knotwise has it too and is no happier about it than I am.

Julie is back to doing a bit of the separation anxiety thing about school. We'll see if we can jolly her out of it. :)

Have you figured out that's what it is? I've been puzzling over my cough, which is intermittent but really bad when it hits.

I haven't actually seen the Doc about it, but I'm hacking up uncolored mucus when I'm coughing, so it's not likely bacterial and the lungs themselves seem to be generally clear, so I don't think it's pneumonia.

That leaves good old garden-variety bronchitis as the most likely guess, barring a complete workup.

And, yes, I agree with "intermittent but really bad". The muscles at the bottom of my rib cage are sore from the coughing.
