Yes, congratulations are very much in order. But one of the things that most impressed me about you two is something that's also true for Louie and me, which is that sometimes marrying the right person, although wonderful in and of itself, is also a way of "finally getting things right." As you tell your history, it seems as though the two of you should have gotten together some years previously (like Louie and me) -- which makes your time together all the more precious. It sounds just great, and I'm looking forward to seeing you two at WindyCon.
