My friend, David Manship, pointed out this cool animated GIF that shows dust devils blowing around on the Martian surface as seen from the Spirit rover.

And with this we now have proof that there indeed are "ghosts of mars". One of them does "Boooh!" into the camera at frame 293 on the left side of the image. ;-)
