Well, I thought that I had all of the information that I needed to submit the e-book version of Win Some, Lose Some, but it looks like our printer didn't change the ISBN internally when converting the file to an e-book and -- if I understand correctly -- we need a different ISBN for the e-book in any case.

So we'll try this again...

Not only do you need a different ISBN for the ebook, but if you publish multiple "versions" of the ebook (i.e., change any boilerplate text to point to Amazon/Apple/B&N/Smashwords), you need a different ISBN per version.

This would be why my stuff that's published through Smashwords (and thus bearing a standard Smashwords "if you got this book without paying for it, please come back to Smashwords and buy your own copy" frontmatter boilerplate, and "other stuff at Smashwords" backmatter boilerplate) has an ISBN (through Smashwords), while my Amazon stuff (which has a "if you got this book without paying for it, please consider delighting the author by coming and buying your own copy at Amazon" frontmatter) does not have an ISBN. (Because they don't require one for ebooks, and I can't be bothered to buy one myself.)

And if I published through B&N's PubIt, that'd be yet another ISBN I'd have to get, if I wanted to change the boilerplate. O:p

Different editions definitely need different ISBNs. Been there. Did that.
