Here's a bit of "entertainment" via Instapundit. If you have Progressive Insurance that includes coverage against underinsured drivers, when you are killed by an underinsured driver, Progressive Insurance will defend the person who killed you in court.

Yet another reason to investigat other insurance companies. I was already pissed at Progressive over my air-bag situation. (Mazda would have actually paid for repair, but wanted to go tyhrough my insusrance company. Progressive wouldn't do anything bercause I did nopt have SPECIFIC coverage for spontanious air-bag deployment.)
