Feb. 16th, 2024 09:35 pmMy winter coat is becoming increasingly shabby. I finally conceded that it was thoroughly out-of-style and that I couldn't find one similar to it, so I ended up ordering a coat from DXL online. It showed up today.
And it was a size too small.
Unfortunately, there is no simple way to exchange an online purchase online. This seems pretty dumb, but since I wanted to make sure that I got one of the dwindling supply of winter coats, I ended up driving the coat back to the Schaumburg store to return it and order the next size up to make sure that the order was successful.
While I was there, I bought four new shirts. Which may be why I couldn't exchange the coat online...
But that is probably attributing way too much forethought to the web designers.
